How do I choose between molded and pultruded grating?

Molded grating has interwoven reinforcement and is useful for layouts requiring loads in both directions. Pultruded grating uses continuous bearing bars in one direction. Compare load tables, support spacing, openings and exposure before selecting either construction.

What information is needed for a quote?

Please provide the clear span, design load, environment, quantity and delivery ZIP code. Layout drawings, required dates and photographs of the supports help us review the specification.

What panel sizes are available?

Catalog molded panels are 4′ × 12′, with 5′ × 10′ available in selected configurations. Standard pultruded panels are 5′ × 20′. Confirm cut-to-size requirements and usable panel dimensions with your order.

How is fiberglass grating installed?

Installation typically uses mechanical hold-down clips. Cutting, edge sealing, dust control, support spacing and fastening must follow the manufacturer's instructions and the approved project design.

How are lead times confirmed?

Production and shipping schedules depend on configuration, quantity and destination. Include your required on-site date in the enquiry so the quotation can address both production and delivery.

Can distributors and end users purchase from CorStone?
